In Your Space Circus has renewed its Equity agreement for the third consecutive year, reaffirming our commitment to fair pay and working conditions for the artists who bring our work to life.

IYSC was the first arts organisation in Derry and the first circus organisation in the UK to sign an Equity agreement. Alice has been with us throughout that journey, helping us shape an approach that truly fits our organisation and our values.

We are deeply committed to our artists and to creating the conditions in which they can produce their best work. This agreement not only strengthens that commitment, it provides a clear framework that underpins how we create, collaborate, and care for the people at the heart of our practice.
